A METHOD FOR BUSINESS DISTRICT VALUATION USING SEARCH STATISTICS OF MAP SERVICE

The present invention relates to a method for evaluating a business district using search statistics of a map service. The method includes: a map service searching record extraction step (step S1) of extracting, by users, information obtained by the search in an online map service through a search record extraction module (10); a business district point allocation step (step S2) of allocating points to each business district by a business district point allocation module (20) based on a search record extracted in the map service searching record extraction step (step S1); a business district final point calculation step (step S3) of weighting and adding up the points allocated to the business district in the business district point allocation step (step S2) to calculate the final point; and an information expression step (step S4) of expressing, by an information expression module (40), the final point calculated in the business district final point calculation step (step S3) in the form that can be easily recognized by users. The users extract a search record using search statistics of location and information searched on the online map service. A point is allocated to each business district through the extracted information to add up the allocated points and to calculate the final point for each business district. Accordingly, the information that can be understood by a user can be provided based on the final point. Therefore, the users receive brief value information of each business district through an easy and rapid scheme.
