METHOD FOR PREPARING COMPOSITION OF CULTURE MEDIUM FOR LENTINULA EDODES INCLUDING BARELY STONE-SOLUTION AND CULTURE MEDIUM PREPARED BY THEREOF

The present invention relates to a method for producing a composition of a culture medium for Lentinus edodes and the composition of the culture medium for Lentinus edodes produced thereby and, more specifically, to a method for producing a composition of a culture medium for Lentinus edodes containing a blue elvan solution and the composition of the culture medium for Lentinus edodes containing the blue elvan solution produced thereby. The method for producing the composition of the culture medium for Lentinus edodes containing the blue elvan solution comprises: (a) a step for preparing a mixed medium consisting of 75-85 w% of oak sawdust, 10-14 w% of wheat bran, 3-5 w% of cotton seed meal, 0.5-1.5 w% of calcium carbonate, 0.5-1.5 w% of brown sugar, and 1-3 w% of soybean cake; (b) a step for adding the blue elvan solution to allow the mixed medium to have a water content of 60-70%; (c) a step for putting the mixed medium containing the blue elvan solution in a container and sealing the container; and (d) a step for sterilizing the sealed mixed medium. Using the composition of the culture medium for Lentinus edodes containing the blue elvan solution, the invasion of various germs in culture is blocked by minerals released from the blue elvan solution, and all kinds of minerals such as silicon dioxide, aluminum oxide, and iron oxide and far infrared ray emitted therefrom are transferred to Lentinus edodes, thereby efficiently growing functional Lentinus edodes of excellent quality.
