NOVEL PIEZOELECTRIC SENSOR AND NANOGENERATOR BASED ON NANOFIBER WEB PREPARED THROUGH ELECTROSPINNING THE BLEND SOLUTION OF PVDF AND PARTIALLY SULFONATED POLYARYLENE-BASED POLYMERS
The present invention relates to a piezoelectric sensor manufactured by electrospinning a mixture solution of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) and polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) and a new nanofiber web with function to generate nano-electricity and, more specifically, a method for manufacturing a nanofiber web with piezoelectric property by the following steps dissolving the PVDF and PPS in a solvent and electrospinning the same where the manufacturing method uses low priced materials, a solvent and an electrospinning method, compared with an existing method for manufacturing piezoelectric polymer materials which requires elongation and high voltage treatment and uses high priced materials, and can manufacture nanofiber web formed piezoelectric material with good piezoelectric property. The manufactured piezoelectric material enables electric signals to be outputted as direct current, so the piezoelectric material does not need an additional rectifier if being used as a generator or a piezoelectric sensor.
