The present invention relates to a method for producing highly pure isoflavone aglycone in a high yield including a step of putting co-enzyme extracts in a concentrated extract of soybean embryo to react the same, and inoculating the pre-culture of Bacilluslicheniformis CK 11-4 whose accession number is KCCM 10042 to the same to ferment the same. The producing method can realize optimal conditions to convert isoflavone glycoside into isoflavone aglycone and can reduce manufacturing costs and the amount of an extractant to be used, even when producing isoflavone aglycone in a scale-up field process, while stabilizing a fermentation process.
