The present invention relates to a method for analyzing a numerical value of an electromagnetic wave by enabling an apparatus for analyzing the numerical value of the electromagnetic wave. According to the present invention, provided is a method for analyzing an electromagnetic wave using a moment method comprising: a step of dividing a surface of a scatterer into a plurality of triangles using a Rao-Wilton-Glisson (RWG) basis function and of obtaining each vertex coordinate of the triangles; a step of setting a first triangle pair composed of closed two triangles among the triangles as a power point region and a second triangle pair as an observation point region; a step of calculating each element of a impedance matrix for the scatterer by applying a center-point interpolation method to the power point region and the observation point region; a step of calculating a relative distance index between the power point region and the observation point region using each vertex coordinate of the power point region and the observation point region; and a step of renewing a value of the corresponding element by recalculating the corresponding element, in which the relative distance is under the predetermined threshold value, among the elements using a Galekin method. According to the present invention, the method for analyzing the numerical value of the electromagnetic value improves calculation efficiency of an impedance matrix using a pre-processing process by a center-point interpolation method, reduces calculation complexity, and maintains accuracy using the Galekin method for a section in which importance is high.
