The purpose of the present invention is to provide a drum picker with a first and a second jaw. The first jaw supported elastically when the second jaw touching the side border of a drum in advance is capable of quickly holding the inside of the drum, such that an empty drum leaning to one side when the border of the drum is held or a drum made from a light synthetic resin can be picked up easily and be transported to a desired position. More specifically, another purpose of the present invention is to provide a drum picker capable of transporting a drum by being integrated with an electric stacker thereby excluding an extra transportation unit such as a forklift, and easily transporting the drum by anyone. Moreover, the other purpose of the present invention is to provide a drum picker capable of allowing an electric stacker to easily be used by anyone and to be used in a narrow space such that a user can easily be well-acquainted with the instructions in order to improve work efficiency. Provided is a drum picker mounted on an electric stacker (C), and picking up a drum (D) made from a metal or a synthetic resin to be transported to a desired position. The provided drum picker comprises: a base (100) having a height adjusted vertically, mounted on the electric stacker (C), and supporting the side surface of the drum (D); a first arm (200) mounted on the upper surface of the base (100); a first jaw (300) having a longitudinal slot (310) installed in the first arm (200), and able to be rotated; a second arm (400) having a second jaw (410) making a pair with the first jaw (300), having one side able to be moved along the slot (310); a first elastic spring (500) mounted between one end of the second arm (400) and the second arm (400) as the rotational center of the first jaw (300) such that one end of the second arm (400) can be moved along the slot (310); and a second elastic spring (600) having both ends mounted between the first arm (200) and the second arm (400) installed to elastically support the other side of the second arm (400) to be moved in the longitudinal direction of the first arm (200) toward the first jaw (300), wherein the other side of the second arm (400) is not installed in the slot (310). The base (100) has a fixed arm (210) fixated thereto and parallel to the first arm (200). The first arm (200) is installed to be rotatable toward the front surface of the base (100). The fixed arm (210) has an operation protrusion pin (220) to adjust a rotational angle. The fixed arm (210) includes a slot (211) to move the operation protrusion pin (220); and an elastic piece (230) to tilt the first arm (200) externally.
