EVALUATION METHOD OF FACILITIES AND BUILDING VIA EFFICIENCY ANALYSIS BASED ON POWER CONSUMPTION AND SYSTEM THEREOF

The present invention relates to a method and a system for estimating the deterioration of buildings and facilities through the status efficiency analysis based on power consumption. The provided method and system measure and analyze the consumption of electrical energy which is a main energy source for the buildings and facilities. The measured electrical energy consumption can be used to calculate the deterioration degree, failure rate, operation rate, and economic efficiency to inspect the condition of the buildings and facilities. A status efficiency index is obtained to determine and predict the priority ranking regarding management, renovation, and replacement.
