FIELD: biotechnologies.;SUBSTANCE: invention represents a method for obtaining a heterogenic biocatalyst based on hydrolase of esters of alpha-aminoacids (AEH) from Escherichia coli recombinant bacteria carrying aehR gene from Xanthomonas rubrilineans. In order to implement the method, the above recombinant bacteria are cultivated under the appropriate conditions; then, cells of biomass are destructed by a high-pressure homogenisation method to obtain a homogenate. After that, immobilisation of the hydrolase of esters of alpha-aminoacids, which is contained in the homogenate, is performed by formation of enzymatic aggregates under action of a precipitator - ammonium sulphate or polyethyleneglycol - with further stage of linking of these aggregates with glutaric aldehyde in presence of a water-soluble derivative of chitosan amino-polysaccharide. The obtained heterogenic biocatalysts are used for enzymatic synthesis of aminobeta-lactam antibiotics, for example cefalexin, cefprozil, cefaclor, ampicillin, amoxicillin by acylation of key beta-lactam compounds with the corresponding derivatives of the ester of D-amino-phenylacetic acid.;EFFECT: invention allows obtaining heterogenic biocatalysts with increased synthetase activity.;4 cl, 4 tbl, 9 ex
