FIELD: biotechnologies.;SUBSTANCE: method for obtaining growth stimulator Listeria monocytogenes provides for incubation of a bird egg with further cooling during 6-7 days at the temperature of 2-4°C, homogenisation, filtration, centrifugation, filtration, tyndalisation during 5-6 days and packing. As bird eggs, quail eggs are used, which are incubated during 8 days; before incubation, as well as on the 3rd, 5th, 7th and 8th days of incubation eggs are ozone treated during 15 minutes with 2.1 g/m³ of an ozone-oxygen mixture.
