PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve license management to enable a purchaser of an electronic apparatus to install a corresponding application program even when the electronic apparatus is not existent on hand.;SOLUTION: A CPU disposed in a management server 10 connected to an operation terminal 20 that a user who has purchased an electronic apparatus operates is allowed to execute: a procedure of a step S30 for acquiring the user ID of a specific user; a procedure of a step S35 for acquiring the purchase history of the electronic apparatus by the user by using the acquired user ID; a procedure of a step S40 for creating a list of corresponding applications which can be installed in the operation terminal 20 that the purchased electronic apparatus is scheduled to be connected by using the acquired purchase history of the user; and a procedure of a step S45 for outputting the created list of the installable applications to the operation terminal 20.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
