PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for highly efficiently and simply detecting and quantitatively determining a drebrin A or a drebrin E.;SOLUTION: The drebrin A in an analyte is quantitatively determined by performing ELISA (Enzyme-Linked ImmunoSorbent Assay) by combinedly using an anti-drebrin antibody and an anti-drebrin A antibody as an immobilized antibody and a primary antibody. The ELISA is performed by using the anti-drebrin antibody as the immobilized antibody and an anti-drebrin antibody different from the immobilized antibody as the primary antibody so as to quantitatively determine total drebrins in the analyte. The quantity of the drebrin E in the analyte is determined by subtracting the quantity of the drebrin A from the quantitatively-determined total quantity of the drebrins.;SELECTED DRAWING: None;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
