PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a composition for organic semiconductor film formation which is high in carrier mobility in an organic semiconductor film formed by use thereof, and less in the reduction in the mobility after annealing by heating; an organic semiconductor material for nonluminous organic semiconductor devices; an organic film transistor material; a coating liquid for nonluminous organic semiconductor devices; an ink for nonluminous organic semiconductor devices; an organic semiconductor film for nonluminous organic semiconductor devices; an organic film transistor; and an oligomer.;SOLUTION: A composition for organic semiconductor film formation comprises at least: a condensed polycyclic aromatic compound X of 3-7 rings which has a molecular weight of less than 1000 and which may have a substituent group; and an oligomer Y having a number-average molecular weight of 1000-10000. The oligomer Y has a condensed polycyclic skeleton having three or more rings along a main chain, and includes a repeating unit A in which at least one of atoms constituting the condensed polycyclic skeleton is a nitrogen atom.;SELECTED DRAWING: None;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
