PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of inability to easily execute a work based on a rule, and accumulate experience of work to make an effective use of the experience.;SOLUTION: A work execution support device includes: a rule book storage part enabled to store one or more rule books having two or more phase rules; an experience storage part enabled to store one or more experiences including two or more phase case-examples; a reception part for receiving experience identification information that is information identifying an experience; an experience obtainment part for obtaining one or more experiences stored in the experience storage part by using experience identification information when the reception part receives the experience identification information; a rule book obtainment part for obtaining one or more rule books corresponding to the one or more individual experiences; and output part for outputting one or more individual experiences and one or more rule books in a mode with which the correlation with each other is comprehensible.
