PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of inability to structure a rule on the basis of an accumulated experience in the case of executing a work based on the rule.;SOLUTION: A work execution support device 1 includes: a reception part for receiving an instruction to generate a rule book including experience identification information for identifying an experience; an experience obtainment part for obtaining an experience identified by the experience identification information included in the instruction; a rule book generation part for obtaining information meeting a predetermined condition, as a rule book, from the experience obtained by the experience obtainment part; and a rule book accumulation part for accumulating, in a rule book storage part, the rule book obtained by the rule book generation part.
