Bridge girder new construction and removal method of using the same and the installation and removal apparatus of the bridge girder

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bridge girder installation/removal apparatus which can achieve the efficiency improvement and labor saving of site work for removal of an existing girder and installation of a newly installed girder, and can reduce equipment cost.;SOLUTION: A main beam 3 for transportation is installed on main beam supporting trucks 2b, 2b movable along laid rails so as to stride over a newly installed girder or a removed girder supported by girder supporting trucks 2a, 2a. A lateral transfer beam 4 rotatable between a storage position along the lengthwise direction of the main beam 3 for transportation and a work position orthogonal to the lengthwise direction of the main beam 3 for transportation and projecting to the lateral side of the main beam 3 for transportation is installed under the main beam 3 for transportation.
