PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a patient to grasp a patient's turn of a clinical examination even if the patient is not near a medical examination room.SOLUTION: An outpatient call notification apparatus 10 includes: a turn-of-medical-examination change monitoring unit 13 monitoring a change in a turn of medical examination transmitted from an electronic medical chart device; a position information acquisition unit 14 acquiring a position of a patient (position of a repeating device 11) notified from a mobile terminal 12; a call timing calculation unit 15 calculating timing of notifying the mobile terminal 12 of call information from a relative distance between a medical examination room and the patient; a designated timing setting unit 16 that can set arbitrary timing in response to a request from the mobile terminal 12; a comparison unit 17 comparing the turn of medical examination with the call timing or designated timing; and a call information notification unit 18 notifying the mobile terminal 12 of the call information if the turn of the medical examination is not longer than the call timing or designated timing. With this configuration, the patient does not need to wait near the medical examination room since the patient is notified that the patient's turn of call nears.
