Apparatus for solving synchronization collision is provided. The apparatus includes receiving an indication that identifies the data to be synchronized to a future designated time from the first communication device, to synchronize the data to the allocated time before the future time specified, the second communication to receive messages from the device. Further, the indication and based in part on evaluation of the information of the message, between said first communications device and said second communications device, detects a synchronization collision related to the data.
