PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas-mixing device capable of homogeneously mixing gas with liquid, and an ozone-containing gas-mixing apparatus provided with the same.;SOLUTION: A circular tubular inner tube 7 is disposed in an outer tube 3 with a gap so as to be along an axis of the outer tube 3. Numerous fine pores are formed over the whole of the tubular inner tube 7. A pathway-forming member 9 forming a twisted spiral pathway around the axis of the tubular inner tube 7 is disposed in the tubular inner tube 7.
