A method and an apparatus for the safety and security have been proposed. Resource/s may be available in any form of matter, such as solid, liquid, gaseous or electrical, optical, chemical, electromagnet, data, voice, multimedia content etc. or living being or and in any combination. These resources may be in rest or in motion or in transfer mode or combination thereof. Resource in its natural/transfer form and mode may cause natural or unnatural hazardous, fire, safety and security issues namely it may cause fire, short circuit, failure, leakage, explosion. These could be avoided or reduced by placing one or few of the anti-destruction resources of any type along with the resource path or at various locations. This would prevent lives, any type of causalities, collapse or burning of homes, any type of buildings, important records, and wealth, and so on in a closed or in an open space or combination thereof. In one of the applications scenario, coating of a material on the electric cable would extinguish the fire immediately after short circuit point. At the same time, it may also possible that anti fire (self-learning based fire extinguishers) materials/ units placed at several locations on the wiring paths or placed at various locations or combination thereof would also stop any type of hazards. Similar or dissimilar methods could be used to reduce or stop any hazards might arise by any resources in any type of applications.
