The embodiments of the present invention provide a method and system for predicting traffic data amount and/or resource data amount, and a computer storage medium; the method comprises: a raw data set of traffic data amount and/or resource data amount is constructed; dimensionality reduction preprocessing is performed on the raw data set to obtain a preprocessed data set; initial clustering is first performed on the preprocessed data set to obtain an initial clustered data set; according to the initial clustered data set, accurate clustering is at least once again performed on the raw data set to obtain an accurately clustered data set; according to the accurately clustered data set, a prediction model is determined; according to the prediction model, the predicted amount of traffic and/or resource data is obtained.
