Provided is a photosensitive resin composition layer which comprises: a first organic membrane; and a second organic membrane positioned on the first organic membrane, wherein the first organic membrane is produced by hardening a first composition, whereas the second organic membrane is produced by hardening a second composition. In addition, the first composition further comprises: a binder resin, an reactive unsaturated compound, a photopolymerization initiator, a halogenized silver-containing colorant, and a solvent, and the second composition further comprises: a binder resin, a reactive unsaturated compound, a photopolymerization initiator, and a solvent. Furthermore, provided are a black column space produced by using the layer, a method for producing the black column spacer, and a color filter comprising the black column spacer.
