The present invention relates to a sensor system to detect remained organophosphorus agricultural chemicals using gold nanoparticles and imidazol or green fluorescent protein (GFP) and, more specifically, relates to a method to detect organophosphorus agricultural chemicals using a variation of an optical absorption spectrum obtained by coagulating nanoparticles through a reaction between the organophosphorus agricultural chemicals and the imidazol or the GFP. According to the present invention, the system to detect the remained agricultural chemicals is useful for a remained agricultural chemical biosensor for in-situ analysis as the optical variation of a reagent in accordance to an existence of organophosphorus agricultural chemicals is extraordinarily excellent; a detection speed is rapid; and a range of detection limiting concentrations is wide.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
