The present invention relates to a graphene thin film obtained from electrochemical reduction of hydroxyl group-enriched graphene oxide (HGO) and a uric acid detecting method using the same and, more specifically, to a kit for detecting uric acid containing electrically-reduced hydroxyl group-enriched graphene oxide (ERHGO), a manufacturing method thereof, and a uric acid detecting method using the same. The kit for detecting uric acid is capable of fixing more amount of the graphene oxide to an electrode by coating the HGO to the electrode and electrically reducing the same with a predetermined method in order to refine an electrode surface, thereby providing a uniform and stable surface. In addition, the kit for detecting uric acid is capable of maximizing an electro-catalytic activity for detecting a target substance. The ERHGO is capable of being reduced and produced in a short time while minimizing the generation of byproducts.
