The present invention relates to a method for brokering overseas applications to increase exchange patents in international patent applications. The method extracts an applicant, an application date, an initial application date, a priority claim date, a name of invention, and data of an agent as primary data from publication data of the Korean intellectual property office about a PCT patent application or a general patent application before an overseas patent application, extracts an applicant, an application date, an initial application date, a priority claim date, a name of invention, and data of an agent as secondary data from the publication data of the Korean intellectual property office about a PCT patent application or a general patent application during an overseas patent application, writes a balancing table, which can find incoming and outgoing numbers between patent offices, and connects the patent offices to each other based on each balancing table.
