The present invention relates to a method for intermediating for an overseas patent application to increase the number of exchange patents internationally. The method comprises the steps of: examining a transaction relationship between agents of each country; analyzing a ratio of the total incoming number to the total outgoing number for overseas offices in an agent office; examining an unbalancing rate by overseas patent office; selecting patent offices and countries desired to exchange a patent with; and classifying desired patent offices by country.
