The present invention relates to a method for preparing processed food using mulberry leaves. The method according to the present invention comprises the following steps of: adding water to mulberry leaves, and storing the same so that water is soaked into the mulberry leaves; preparing a primary fermented material by inoculating the mulberry leaves soaked with water with mycelia and primarily fermenting the same; drying the primary fermented material at a temperature of 50-60C; and preparing a secondary fermented material by inoculating the dried primary fermented material with yeast or lactic acid bacteria.
