The present invention relates to a method for forming a monolayer of vascular endothelial cells by using a nanofibrous mat and hydrogel and, more specifically, to a method for forming a monolayer of vascular endothelial cells, capable of forming a vascular tissue structure similar to an actual vascular tissue structure of the human body. According to the present invention, the method for forming a monolayer of vascular endothelial cells comprises the steps of: forming a nanofibrous mat; forming a coating layer by using hydrogel on one surface of the nanofibrous mat; and culturing vascular endothelial cells on the top of the coating layer, and forming a monolayer with a structure in which the vascular endothelial cells are coupled to each other.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
