The present invention relates to a method for forming a monolayer of vascular endothelial cells by using a nanofibrous mat and hydrogel and, more specifically, to a method for forming a monolayer of vascular endothelial cells, capable of forming a vascular tissue structure similar to an actual vascular tissue structure of the human body.
