The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of aged tea of coffee tree leaves, and to aged tea of coffee tree leaves manufactured thereby and, more specifically, to aged tea of coffee tree leaves, with increased or maintained unique smell and taste of coffee. The manufacturing method comprises the steps of: washing coffee tree leaves (S1); drying the coffee tree leaves at room temperature (S2); cutting the coffee tree leaves (S3); heating the coffee tree leaves and primarily roasting the same (S4); primarily steaming the coffee tree leaves and crushing the same (S5); heating the coffee tree leaves and secondarily roasting the same (S6); secondarily steaming the coffee tree leaves and crushing the same to fine powder (S7); cutting the citrus fruit skin (S8); and mixing powder of coffee tree leaves and the cut citrus fruit skin (S9).
