The present invention relates to a cervical herniated nucleus pulpususdisc preventing system and a method therefor capable of enabling users to use a smartphone while sitting upright by measuring the posture of users who are using their smartphone for a long time and sending signals when they do not sit upright in real time. The present invention comprises: a smartphone for transmitting alarming signals to correct the posture which senses the viewing angle between a user and a display screen to determine if his/her posture needs to be corrected and outputs alarming signals to correct the posture; and a posture correcting supporting server for analyzing the alarming signals to correct the posture received by the smartphone to sense the posture of a user and providing the smartphone with content to correct the posture based on the results of sensing.
