Provided is a light emitting diode device satisfying spectrum characteristics for illuminating art works. The light emitting diode device comprises: a light emitting diode chip having a light emitting peak in a wavelength range of 350-410nm; and a light emitting unit provided on the light emitting diode chip to be excited by light irradiated from the light emitting diode chip, and having four types of fluorescent substances changing wavelengths in blue, green, red and yellow regions dispersed in silicone resin. A blue fluorescent substance can be excited in a wavelength range of 350-410nm, wherein a peak wavelength of a main light emitting peak is 450-470nm. A green fluorescent substance can be excited in a wavelength range of 350-410nm, wherein a peak wavelength of a main light emitting peak is 510-550nm. A red fluorescent substance can be excited in a wavelength range of 350-410nm, wherein a peak wavelength of a main light emitting peak is 630-660nm. A yellow fluorescent substance can be excited in a wavelength range of 350-410nm, wherein a peak wavelength of a main light emitting peak is 550-590nm.
