The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of beer, which adds the effect of corn to beer and enhances the taste of beer by processing glutinous corn and using the same to manufacture beer; and to beer manufactured by the method. According to the present invention, the manufacturing method of beer using glutinous corn comprises: a glutinous corn preparation step (100) of cultivating glutinous corn and processing the same to prepare glutinous corn flour; a malt juice preparation step (110) of processing malt to make malt juice; a mixing step (120) of mixing the glutinous corn flour obtained via the glutinous corn preparation step (100) and the malt juice produced in the malt juice preparation step (110) in a predetermined ratio; a sterilization step (130) of putting a mixture obtained via the mixing step (120) into an autoclave to sterilize the mixture; a cooling step (140) of cooling the mixture obtained via the sterilization step (130) to 17-25C; a fermentation step (150) of adding yeast to the mixture obtained via the cooling step (140) and fermenting the mixture for a week; and an aging step (160) of adding sugar and yeast to the mixture obtained via the fermentation step (150) and aging the mixture for seven days. According to the present invention, the manufacturing method manufactures beer which has the effect and taste of glutinous corn.
