According to the present invention, in a platform providing a system capable of organizing a community between members online and an electronic commerce system capable of performing transactions between individuals online, respective communities sets characteristics of their own community exclusive note according to their purpose and use, generate/issue/circulate a single or a plurality of community exclusive notes according to the set characteristics, and when transactions of values (i.e., products, services, or talents) occur between community members, use the community exclusive note as a settlement means of the transactions, thus transactions within a community can be easily, rapidly, and safely conducted. Accordingly, it is possible to activate a transaction market between prosumers. A server for transacting values in a community comprises: an exclusive note management module which generates at least one exclusive note, determines note characteristics of each exclusive note, and sets a kind of each exclusive note to one among inconvertible notes, such as a virtual note, a money security note, a service security note, and a donation note, which is not exchanged with cash; and a community management module which generates and manages a user account for each community.
