PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Apios flower tea manufacturing method in which an Apios flower tea with more solid individuality and features than before is obtained.;SOLUTION: An Apios flower tea manufacturing method comprises: a drying process P1 for drying a raw material Apios flower 1; a hand-rubbing process P2 for subjecting a part of the dried Apios flower 2 obtained thereby to hand-rubbing treatment and leaving the rest that was subjected to the hand-rubbing treatment as a flower; and a roasting process P3 for roasting the Apios flower 3 that went through the hand-rubbing process P2, and thereby an Apios flower tea 10 is obtained.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
