PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incentive granting device that realizes a new person navigation system that conforms to the purpose of movement of an individual and achieves tasks of others at the same time.;SOLUTION: An incentive giving device 30 includes: an acceptance unit 31 for accepting a task content, a task execution condition including a geographical condition and a temporal condition, and incentive information given when a task is executed; a storage unit 32 for storing the accepted information in correlation; a send-out unit 33 for sending out the stored content of the storage unit 32 to portable terminals of a plurality of task execution candidates; a contribution degree derivation unit 34 for specifying position information sent out from a portable terminal and a time of day when the position information is acquired, and deriving the degree of contribution to the task of a task executioner; an incentive determination unit 35 for determining an incentive granted to the task executioner in accordance with the found degree of contribution; and an output unit 36 for enabling the determined granted incentive to be outputted to the corresponding portable terminal.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
