PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication service capable of stably receiving a stream.;SOLUTION: A gateway unit comprises: a receiving part that receives and outputs a packed; a transmission part that transmits the packet received from the receiving part; and a storage part. The receiving part that can recognize whether or not the received packet is a stream obtained by divided content information into a plurality of packets, the stream requested by the broadcast receiver, and is the packet of stream multi-casted or broadcasted as a target packet.
