PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of a prior method for example, a client (customer) whose house is newly constructed (modified), may order other company (reform maker), and a company may let a business chance slip, and in a prior art, there has been a rental system of a temporary unit, and order reception of the temporary unit which is moved and installed by rental is performed through the network, and a method for requesting a rental fee of a movable storage, a partition between movable parts, and a movable fixture as a house rent is different from a method in the invention.;SOLUTION: The invention comprises: a reform property information device for managing information of a reform lease property which has high probability of being reformed in the future, at new construction/modification time; a lease property management device for managing information in which the reform lease property is contracted in a lease; an estimation creation device for estimating in a reform time; and a total management device for totally managing a maker, a lease company, and an agent which have received an order of new construction and modification.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
