PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reformed lease property contract supporting method, capable of working out a reform design adopting the needs of a person desiring to lease as far as possible, and informing the person desiring to lease of a remodeling cost by using a communication network.;SOLUTION: A lease information site 1 allows the person desiring to lease accessing through a communication terminal machine 2 to read lease property information including information required for a lease contract and select basic information required for a reform design applicable to the lease property. A requested reform design is worked out about a lease property specified by a consumer, and then a remodeling cost for remodeling the lease property is automatically calculated.
