PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide briefs which firmly fix an absorbent article and thereby enhance an adhesion degree from a front body section through a hip part to a waist part when sanitary briefs or incontinence briefs worn while attaching the absorbent article thereon are worn and which have a stable feeling and favorable fitting feeling.SOLUTION: In a structure of briefs, another fabric or another material having elasticity is sewn and attached in a length in a range from a front body section (Fig. 3-1) on an inner side through a hip part to a waist part (Fig. 3-2) and at a position located in a right/left center, an adhesion degree of skin, an absorbent article, and the briefs is enhanced by elasticity of the fabric or material, and thereby rear leakage and lateral leakage from a hip part and inguinal part are reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
