PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a novel tea manufacturing steaming method and a novel tea manufacturing steaming device in which in a stage where a step of steaming tea leaves came to an end, that is, in a steaming machine, steam dew on a surface of the tea leaves can be removed.SOLUTION: The present invention includes a steamer 2 that includes an outer barrel 22 having a mild closed space, a rotation barrel 23 provided on the inner side thereof, and a steamer barrel 21 provided with a stirring axis 24 provided to the inside thereof, and a boiler 3 that supplies steaming treatment steam to the steamer 2, performs steaming treatment of tea leaves A, in which, while transferring the tea leaves A in a stirring state toward a tea leaves exit port 21B side from a tea leaves inlet port 21A side of the steaming barrel 21, treatment steam is applied to steam the tea leaves A, and, on the tea leaves exit port 21B side of the steam barrel 21, super heated steam is supplied to the inside of the steamer barrel 21 to bring into contact with steamed tea leaves A subjected to steaming treatment, and steam dew on a surface of the tea leaves is removed in the steam barrel 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
