The present invention relates to a gas stove economizer, a pan accessory designed to conserve gas. An opening is provided at the bottom, and a heat insulating ring with a flame concentration layer is provided on the inner surface, and a fire prevention area is provided between the flame concentration layer and the inner surface of the heat insulation ring. A hot air flow path is provided between the outer surface and the hot air flow that rises in a spiral surrounding the pan tool to increase the contact area between the hot air flow and the pan tool, and to reduce the flame rising speed. In the fire prevention area, the bottom is closed and the top is opened, and the bottom and the top of the hot air flow path of the flame concentrated layer are both opened. The present invention effectively cuts off the direct contact between the hot air flow and the heat insulation ring, utilizes the thermal energy of the flame by the burner, is energy saving, and reduces emissions of harmful gases such as carbon dioxide and sulfur dioxide. Furthermore, cooking efficiency can be improved.
