PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traffic safety support device and a traffic safety support system capable of acquiring vehicle information and analyzing the acquired vehicle information so as to use the information for traffic safety precaution and road maintenance planning.;SOLUTION: A traffic safety support device 10 is configured to include a display plate part 11 and a housing part 12, and is attached to a pole for supporting a road sign. The display plate part 11 comprises a speed display part 41 and an information display part 42. The housing part 12 is capable of housing and mounting a speed measurement device 21 and an imaging device 22. An operation circuit of the traffic safety support device 10 is configured to comprise vehicle detection means 20, control means 30, and display means 40. In a storage part 31 of the control means 30, acquisition information including a date and time when a vehicle is detected by the vehicle detection means 20, a speed of the vehicle, an image of the vehicle, a determination result showing whether the vehicle is a registered vehicle, and the number of vehicles detected by the vehicle detection means 20 is stored so as to enable the information to be output to the outside.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
