Psoriasis vulgaris model mouse and production method thereof

The present invention provides a method for producing an immunologically humanized mouse, the method comprising: transferring human hematopoietic stem cells into an NOD/SCID mouse that carries a human IL-6 locus on the chromosome thereof and that lacks the function of the IL-2 receptor gamma chain; and breeding said mouse. The immunologically humanized mouse produced according to this method spontaneously develops the symptoms of psoriasis vulgaris.
