A method of manufacturing a sandwich FRP holder for induction chargeable car pad module electronic device comprising placing a first set of plies made of pre-impregnated fabric layers on a tool surface; applying an adhesive over the first set of plies; placing a first trimmed core on top of the adhesive using a locating template; applying an adhesive film over the first trimmed core on designated regions to place the second trimmed core; placing the second trimmed core on designated locations using locating templates; applying an adhesive film over the first trimmed core and the second trimmed core ; and placing the second set of pre impregnated plies on the adhesive, wherein the fabric layers include glass, aramid with thermoset/thermoplastic resin system, and the first and second trimmed cores are made of paper honeycombs.
