摘要

Sheet metal forming and reducing weights of sheet metal fabricated parts by chemical milling is one of the practice used in aeronautical industries. Achieving the correct dimensions and thickness after chemical milling is important factor in order to achieve consistency and quality of sheet metal formed components. Time, consistency and quality are major part for any fabricated components, in order to address these issues integrated tool is designed and developed for LCA sheet metal parts.
