A FRESH JUICE MIXTURE FROM VEGETABLES / FRUITS WITH TENDER COCONUT WATER AND COCONUT PALM SUGAR AS INGREDIENTS AND A METHOD FOR PREPARATION OF THE SAME

A health based soft drink with fresh fruits and vegetables as basic ingredients is provided. The soft drink contains tender coconut water (˜elaneer™) as a base and also the sweetening agent is Coconut palm sugar. This soft drink is low in Glycaemic index and has lesser calorific value and low fat contents when compared with the normal carbonated water which have cane sugar or saccharine based sweetening agents. Various ingredients of vegetables / fruits like carrots / avocados etc, were tried and their pulps were mixed and amalgamated with tender coconut water and coconut palm sugar to get the desired health based drink which is tasty to drink and also having much desired health benefits. Also, post production the healthy soft drink was tested for its shelf life and packing conditions before reaching the consumers. The health based soft drink was found to be having the desired properties.
