TOPICAL PREPARATION AND THE USE THEREOF IN PREPARING DRUGS FOR TREATING LUMBAR DISC HERNIATION

Disclosed is a topical pharmaceutical preparation for treating lumbar disc herniation, and a preparation method and use thereof. The pharmaceutical preparation is prepared by adding the following ingredients into every 1000 g of fermentation liquor: 7-8 ml eugenol type basil oil, 4-5 ml salicylate methyl, 0.10-0.15 g ginger camphor oil, 0.2-0.3 g cinnamon oil, 0.2-0.3 g cinnamaldehyde, 0.005-0.01 g citral, and 0.02-0.04 g borneol. Capsicum annuum and an aqueous acetic acid solution with a 7%-9% weight content of acetic acid are mixed thoroughly, and then the mixture ferments for 7-9 days at 15ºC-20ºC, and is filtered to give the fermentation liquor. The amount of Capsicum annuum added is 1.6-2.5 g/10 g aqueous acetic acid solution by the weight of the dry Capsicum annuum.
