An artificial ear regeneration device comprises: an information acquisition unit for imaging and scanning various portions of an ear; a position adjusting unit which is linked to the information acquisition unit, changes the position and angle of the imaging and scanning, and outputs information about the position and angle; a control unit which receives position and angle information, shape information about the various portions of the ear generated by means of the scanning, and a 2D image generated by means of the imaging; an image-processing unit which generates a 3D image on the basis of the shape information, the position and angle information and the 2D image, and generates 3D modelling data by combining the 3D images on the basis of the position and angle data; and an output unit which uses 3D printing in order to output an artificial ear corresponding to the 3D modelling data.
