Disclosed is a natural anti-inflammatory polypeptide cecropin-TY1 extracted from the salivary glands of a Tabanus yao Macquart, wherein same consists of 39 amino acids and the carbon terminal is aminated. The polypeptide has the characteristics of a small molecular weight, remarkable anti-inflammatory effect and low cytotoxicity, and can be used in the fields of medicine, animal feed and cosmetics.
