Provided is a finger-vein recognition access control having new type of lock cylinder, comprising a blocking piece (1), a spring (2), an attracting block (3), contact pins (9), a recognition device (4), a microprocessor (6), a drive motor (7), a lock cylinder part (8), and a contact pin plate (11); the blocking piece (1) is located on the exterior of the lock cylinder part (8) of a lock structure (5) and is used for blocking the lock cylinder part (8); the contact pin plate (11) is placed directly below the blocking piece (1); the upper part of the contact pin plate (11) is equipped with the spring (2), one or more attracting blocks (3), and two or more contact pins (9), used for controlling the displacement of the blocking piece (1); when a signal recognized by the recognition device (4) is processed by means of the microprocessor (6) and then transmitted to the contact pin plate (11), the blocking piece (1) is attracted by means of the attracting blocks (3); when the contact pin (9) has made full contact with the blocking piece (1), the signal is delivered to the microprocessor (6); the microprocessor delivers the signal to the drive motor (7), and the drive motor (7) controls the lock cylinder part (8) to unlock; of the blocking piece (1) and the attracting blocks (3), one is made of a permanent magnet and the other is made of a ferromagnetic material, or both are constituted by a permanent magnet and their directions of polarity are such that they mutually attract.
