The present invention relates to a pH sensor using diblock copolymer micelles, a fluorescence sensor using diblock copolymer micelles, and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method of the pH and fluorescence sensors using diblock copolymer micelles comprises: a first step of synthesizing metal nanoparticles; a second step of applying the metal nanoparticles to the core of diblock copolymer micelles; and a third step of applying a fluorescent substance to a corona of the diblock copolymer micelles. As such, the present invention detects a change in fluorescence of organic dyes in accordance with a change in pH.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
